Can I style the hair with heat tools?
Absolutely. Because we use 100% Remy human hair, you can curl, straighten, and blow-dry just as you would your own—up to 400 °F (204 °C). We also provide heat-protection tips to keep your new hair healthy and vibrant.
What is the return or exchange policy?
All custom-cut or custom-colored toppers and wigs are final sale and non-refundable.
Non-customized, unaltered toppers may be returned or exchanged within 2 business days of receiving it. Returned items must be in original condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items that have been cut, colored, styled, worn, altered, or modified by the client or any third party are not eligible for return or exchange.
